“Customer service at the window was great. Even made pup cups for my dogs. Disappointed when I got home and burgers were dry and sauces for chicken nuggets were requested and paid for ahead of time (asked for extras) on the app were not in the bag. I ended up throwing my food away because I don't have extra sauces at home since I just moved.“
“I order here alot. I really like this location because the staff here are always great with customer service, always fast. Only thing I'm really dissapointed in is that the app does not work here lately. You can't give a code, no rewards, no deals
because somehow the system is down. And they cant do anything at the location to fix it. This has been for weeks now. So I haven't been coming back lately. McDonald's is a multi billion dollar worldwide corporation. Get your systems fixed. I know these ladies are taking the brunt of unhappy customers like its their personal fault. Get it fixed!“
“I fell of my trailer steps this morning, busted my head and was having a bad day. I came through the drive through at the guy at the first window ALEX , was so nice he turned my whole day around. I got to fix my trailer steps next week when I get paid from Randy.“
