McDonald's in Montgomery

“I love this McDonald's! (Day Street, Montgomery) They were and usually are always friendly. I have a bit of an odd order, and they get it right every time. The burger is juicy, the bun is fresh and the fries are hot. 10/10, recommend this location!“

“I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s. My food was hot, fresh, and made just right -crispy fries, mc nuggets, and MC Chicken and the drink was ice cold. The service was fast and smooth, And everything was clean and well- stocked. A big shout out to Alkita, the manager, for running such a great team. You can tell she takes pride in the store because everything was on point. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s visits I've had!“

“Stopped by twice in one day. Breakfast and for lunch. Both times service was top tier! Restaurant was clean from drive thru visit and the inside visit. Staff was amazing food was hot fresh and most of all wasn’t a long wait time! Great job McDonald’s the management team here is doing an outstanding job!“

“I've been to this location a couple of times. The most recent time, yesterday, was less appealing than the first. The person that handed me my food barely looked at me. I said, "Thank you" and I believe I said "Have a good day" as well, no response. At least look at the person while you're giving them their food. I know they're rushing and have quotas to meet, smiles and a thank you are free. As for the food, my McChicken was good, the fries could've used a little salt, and my large tea was not cold (very little ice).“

“I used a receipt code for buy one sandwich another one free. Counter lady was really nice even she doesn't know how to apply a code to the cashier screen. Order was exactly what I ordered. No problem with this store. Thanks to counter lady.“

“On a bitterly cold Saturday night around 2230, my order for 2 double quarter pounders was taken in the drive through. As it was close to closing time, there was a slight delay for my food to cook, but it arrived quickly AND ACCURATELY! 👍 Hats off to the workers who were there in very cold weather!“

“I’ve been to about five different McDonald’s in the Montgomery area and I will say this McDonald’s has the best assembly of food by far!. Amazing building great parking and new concrete! The food is made with care compared to other McDonald’s!“

“Very rarely do I give five stars across the board but definitely a team act. Very courteous and polite. Much needed in Montgomery. Food was on point, cleanliness on point. Staff, timing all on point! Thanks for a nice breakfast this morning. Very impressed!

“Not a great McDonald’s. I never have high expectations for fast food. But this one is full of unprofessional employees. Sat in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins until someone came on the mic. When I asked what the issue was, they said “idk I don’t work the mic” food was cold and overcooked.“

“Thankful for the service and staff who helped me with my mobile order issue this afternoon. I placed an online order for drive through but there was an issue with item availability despite being able to pay for the oder. They had the product but it wasn't processing.

The very helpful lady in red this afternoon was knowledgeable and very kind. We worked through the issue and I went through the drive through again. She was able to help with a payment/coupon issue, and the food was recieved extremely fast. I'm very surprised that they were able to turn around my order so quickly and accurately.

I don't get mcdonald's often, but it'd be here even with some issues. They at least know how to address them and make it right.“
