“I accidentally posted the wrong review for this location—that review was meant for the McDonald's in Hoover. This is the review for this restaurant.

I stopped by today for a quick snack and ordered three McDoubles made fresh. They were exactly as requested—fresh off the grill, hot, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. They tasted like they had just come off the grill, which made a huge difference. It's always nice when a restaurant takes the time to prepare your food the way you ask instead of handing you something that's been sitting.

I also want to recognize the drive-thru employee who took care of me. She was genuinely friendly, polite, and had such a positive attitude. She greeted me with a smile in her voice, was patient while taking my order, and made me feel like she actually cared about providing good customer service. Small interactions like that can really make someone's day, and she represented this location very well.

Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Great food, fresh preparation, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back, and I hope the team continues providing this level of quality. Keep up the great work!“

“It took forever to get our food and then after eating we decided to get ice cream for the grandkids and it took over 30 minutes. There was two other families in the restaurant and my husband looked outside to see if the drive-through was backed up and there wasn't anyone there. They had at least 4-5 people working. No excuse was even given for the delay. My husband mentioned it two different times during our wait that we waiting still for our order.“

“I have to say this but my visit there was good! It was good because the cashier that was working that day named Alijah was so sweet and nice..he is a friendly giant. He was handling the front and helping the window..I do not see him very often but they should keep him on the schedule. They dont have that many good people that work there with good customer service skills. Ans I must also add they need new managers that know how to speak both English and Spanish. The ones they have there now will look at you like they dont know what your saying.“
