McDonald's in Bessemer

“Easily the best meal I’ve had from a McDonald’s in a longggg time. The staff was nice and professional and my food was piping hot and fresh; the McCrispy, the fries, iced caramel macchiato, and even the cookies were warm and fresh. Keep up the good work, Academy Dr. McD!“

“It took forever to get our food and then after eating we decided to get ice cream for the grandkids and it took over 30 minutes. There was two other families in the restaurant and my husband looked outside to see if the drive-through was backed up and there wasn't anyone there. They had at least 4-5 people working. No excuse was even given for the delay. My husband mentioned it two different times during our wait that we waiting still for our order.“

“I have to say this but my visit there was good! It was good because the cashier that was working that day named Alijah was so sweet and nice..he is a friendly giant. He was handling the front and helping the window..I do not see him very often but they should keep him on the schedule. They dont have that many good people that work there with good customer service skills. Ans I must also add they need new managers that know how to speak both English and Spanish. The ones they have there now will look at you like they dont know what your saying.“
