I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give this location six stars and a standing ovation, I would.
Every Thursday night, like clockwork, I roll through — and every single time, I leave thinking: How is this place THIS good? I don’t know what kind of magic the manager (older black lady ...I WISH I knew her name because she feels like family by now) is working with, but she needs a cape and a crown immediately!!!
The food? Always hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The service? Lightning fast and wrapped in genuine kindness. The crew? Tight-knit, upbeat, and clearly running on good leadership and great vibes.
Honestly, if I had the power, I’d buy this woman a house, a car, and a hammock by the sea just so she could retire in the luxury she deserves. But since I can’t do that (yet), I’ll settle for singing her praises loud enough for the internet to hear.
Clean restaurant. Top-tier service. Legendary manager. Somebody give this crew a raise and a parade.

“We went through the drive-thru and just ordered drinks. I'm giving 5 stars because this McDonald's didn't use the excuse that their Frappe' machine was broke down like most of the others tell me when they don't want to make it. It was good too AND the young lady in the drive-thru was friendly. 😃“
“I was presently surprised. I normally go through the drive through but we decided to dine in for the first time ever in the 20+ yrs I've lived in this area. The food was freshly prepared, service was good & restaurant was clean & looked newly remodeled.“

“I made my to go order on the kiosk. My order number 666 was made pretty quickly, especially considering the number of people in the drive-thru. My order was correct. Kinda.
However, I'd like to point out the positives first. The lady who called my number was efficient and professional. After noticing me still at the counter, she asked if anything was needed and got those things for me. The young man who made my iced coffee was sociable and smiled several times during our interaction.
As I said, the food was ready not long after swiping my card at the kiosk. The restaurant looked clean. The employees were all moving, doing something. I never saw an employee with a phone to their ear. That was a welcome change from other places I've been recently.
The following are my personal complaints or dislikes:
1. The new "mcflurry".... I'm speechless. It's what you guys normally call a sundae if you replace the syrup with topping. It's not mixed up. At all. Where did the spoon/stirry thing go? You remember, the genius thing you had for so long?
I don't mind the different looking paper cups. I would say it's kinda cute. However, I can't help but feel it's partly responsible for this new abomination you're claiming is a mCfLuRrY. It's not. And it sucks. It wasn't even my fake mcflurry, and still, the longer I looked at it, the madder i became. I wish I was kidding.
If you wanted to kill the mcflurry, just take it off the menu. There's no need to make this a slow death. Either pull the plug, make it right, or give whatever this is a new name. Because right now you're lying to us as consumers.
2. The sweet tea in the lobby. My 9yo wanted this. I made it, smelled it to make sure it hadn't gone sour. It smelled very freshly made, and i felt good about giving it to my daughter in the car.
I thought the smell was my only true worry when, come to find out, it shouldn't have been.
We got to the house and started eating. The food is decent. The tea has no sugar, so she no longer wants it. We didn't have time really to add it because we had to leave for the Alabama game. I hate unsweetened tea, so I knew I wouldn't drink it. So that was 2 or 3 bucks. I get mistakes happen, but why didn't the person making the tea test taste it? I thought everyone did that.
3. I don't think I have any other complaints. I thought i did. That's why I decided to number them.
Upon reflection, I think the mcflurry fiasco was just made it seem like i was upset with more.“
“Just went through the drive through line, they were slammed but the line moved very fast, all the employees were incredibly friendly from the headset to payment to receiving food. Food was super fresh and you could tell the oil they fried everything in was fresh. Way to go ladies, y'all rock!“
“The morning lady at the drive thru with braids and glasses (sorry i didnt get your name) is the definition of perfection. She always greets me with a smile and my food and drink is always at the window as soon as I pull up to it with condiments napkin and straw in the bag. The bag is always neatly folded over ensuring nothing falls out during the transaction. The breakfast never disappoints here. I always get the steak egg and cheese bagel combo no breakfast sauce and its always made perfectly!!!“
“From someone who visits this establishment every morning, they have by far the best staff around! I'm always greeted with a friendly, familiar face and they all know me and it's great to experience! Refreshing to see when good customer service is hard to find these days.“
“They had us wait at the drive-thru speaker while they talked amongst themselves and with other customers(I forgot to turn off their headset microphone). Finally, we just drove around to the window cuz we had placed an order on the app and only needed to pick it up. If we hadn't already placed the order and paid through the app, we would have just drove away. It was definitely a disappointing and frustrating experience.“
“I came inside this particular McDonald’s. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel. 🥯 This location makes some of the best sandwiches in the world. The manager was extremely professional and friendly! I will be coming back. Great job 👏 y’all“
“It's McDonald's so don't expect anything more than a McDonald's. It's a quick and easy way to get rid of hunger with a lot of things to pick from the easy to read picture menu and reasonably priced, otherwise, the same thing at home would be 30 to 45 minutes to prepare for myself and eat a similar meal, depending on the meal. The food is not a good thing to eat regularly, but I don't think I could even if I wanted to daily eat McDonald's (aka DIY diabetes), but I'm trying to find a good way to eat healthier and save all the potential money spent and keep it a reasonable price so it's a compromise. It's fastfood🤷in America and it's not going anywhere! Employees are typically busy but they are often nice and it's a stressful job. Poor attitude and overreacting is often seen coming from a customer not workers, from my personal experience with McDonald's, and I have few stories from my own experiences. I have a lot of respect for the employees in the food industry because it's tough work. Overall, I never have had a bad experience with any McDonald's beyond a missed burger or fry, and I have enjoyed this one so I don't think I can ask for more than that. I'm not a fan of the app being pushed or the lobby computer used to place the order by the customer. That's why they hire people and it's redundant at best, not to mention it's a lot more work than necessary, many people aren't able to figure out how to use it, or want to waste 30 minutes learning to use it. Clean place btw, but all the main issues are not the staff's fault. I have to recommend this one if you enjoy McDonald's. The food is ready to eat with the same quality as I want from all the chains, fair prices, and expected times are met when I place my order and leave with it. No worries to use the restroom and worry if it's a horror story. My biggest concern is in 10 years we're going to have ai bots running the whole operation so enjoy it while you can see humans at work instead of robots, oh well, 😆🤷 not today at least? Enjoy!!
