They gave me the wrong order the last 3 times I've came in. Now the phone isnt working so i can call to let them know
We were a bit worried because of how busy McDonald's was today but we went inside to cool off and get food for 6 people. They were not to busy for excellent customer service we ordered on the kiosk and wanted a chocolate shake. A nice gentleman came to the table before the order was ready and asked if trading it out for something else would be alright. I highly respect the workers here.
They was a customer that smelled so bad it was making all of the other customers sick I left without even getting my drink it was so bad

McDonald's offers a varied menu, including classic burgers, fries, and shakes. Customers report a mixed experience, with some noting slow service and lack of greeting, while others praise the speed, quality, and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant also provides value deals, such as a cheeseburger bundle, making it an affordable option for families. Recently, many customers highlighted the friendly staff, especially mentioning Daniel, who was praised for replacing a wrong order with care. The drive-thru service is appreciated for being quick and friendly, with one customer noting that the Frappe' machine was working when others said it was broken. Many regulars enjoy their "struggle meal," often ordering a $1 fry on the app, four dipping sauces, and a McChicken with customizations. They mention that the staff usually prepares their orders with care, sometimes spending extra seconds to make the meal look good, despite occasional busy moments at the second window. Overall, this McDonald's is appreciated for its friendly team and consistent quality, making it a favorite spot for many customers.
