McDonald's in Tuscaloosa

“I have to give credit where it’s due, and this location is the best location(in my experience) in Tuscaloosa. Always hot, fresh food, 95% chance the order is accurate and not missing anything. Keep up the good work!! The new location on 69s is the worst in Tuscaloosa by far, when I want McDonald’s, I always go here“

“I’m on the road for work countless hours of every day I eat out every day and this is by far the most pleasant and helpful McDonald’s. I believe I have ever eaten the owner spoke as if he knew me He has an unbeatable crew of employees hands-down best McDonald’s crew. That says so much about management and work environment thumbs up y’all go“

“i just want to brag on the sweet adorable lady who works morning shift at the food pick up window. she is always so so so kind!! she has strawberry blonde long braids. i wish i knew her name. i called corporate just to brag on her. thank you ma’am for always having a great attitude 🫶🏻🫶🏻“

“I came into McDonald’s last night for a 10 piece combo. My fries were cold, and stale, and none of the employees were doing their job. The only good interaction I’ve had was at the second window where a girl gave me my food. The girl, Hannah who gave me my order was very sweet, and helpful. She requested to fix the mistakes that the employees made with my order. My fries were fresh, and I got my sauce as I requested. My experience here was awful and that girl seemed like the only one who actually cared about their job. Good job, Hannah!“

“All I can say is a positive attitude makes a difference😇If you don't like your Job!! Just stay at home with the nasty attitudes!! Cause I enjoy making others feel loved and I want they to come back too!! Remember The customers are the reason you Have a Job!! Have a blessed day 😇 Spread love and light !!Not Hatefulness🙏💯“

“Love Ms. Maya!!! So friendly and got every tiny detail of my order right with no reminding or asking. On point friend!!! The rest of the staff who had no reason to even glance my way with their busy selves all did so anyways and I got big bright GENUINE smiles all around. You guys brightened my morning!! Thank you so much!!! Oh yes and let me add that they were on top of all the numerous orders too!! Super fast service. Super busy in and out of store but had time to pay personal attention to me. I was just some rando unknown older lady to them. Great team right there!! You guys are what perfect service is all about. THE textbook example. Way impressed!!! Whoever monitors your socials please show this special morning team this review. You are blessed to have this team for real. Recognize them in some special way because that staff is full of keepers my friend. Lucky to have each one of them. And let me also add... I rarely review and I'm now I'm even a bit late for work for taking the time to do so. I have zero cares or regrets about that because this review needed to be here. I didn't want to "do it later" or forget and not do it at all.“
