how hard is it to remember to put sauce in the bag?

Ordered a hot coffee, same coffee I've ordered over the years, the same way. Tonight was the only time I had an issue. I got some tall, cold, disgusting drink when what I wanted was a hot mocha with expresso and 2 shots of liquid sugar. I was told they didn't sell hot mocha. That's simply not true but I was in a rush so I didn't have time to explain, I needed to go. I thought maybe I'd try it anyway, just in case I'd like it. No. No. No. Idk what this was but I was very disappointed.
