This McDonald's gets the worst rating I have ever given, and I hate to give bad reviews, but this one was the pits! Obviously, this place was severely understaffed which led to the slowest possible rate and still screwed the order up, had us waiting 29 minutes, brought the wrong bag first, then took additional time after getting the order semi- right, failed to give us a receipt, and did not include the pie, dropped the bag off to us without saying anything about waiting for our pie to cook. I had to go in to inquire about the pie and then informed us of the cooking time. We waited again for another 10 minutes. The food was cold, small for the price, and generally in a crappy state. This incident was totally uncalled for. My father needed to eat because his sugar was dropping, waiting longer didn't help matters. Even while waiting in the car for the pie to arrive, the vehicle in front of us totally poured out a whole drink intentionally, probably because it sucked too! I will never visit this location ever again. I'd advise anyone else to avoid this problematic McDonald's. DONE! The

Terrible at 11:00 pm… half hour in drive thru only 5 cars. Order 2 quarter pounders they say they are out. We order 2 French fries they say they are out. How the heck do you run out of quarter pounders and French fries. Asked for ketchups for what we did order and no ketchup. Terrible attitude about it. Here I am a year later after telling myself I wouldn't ever come back to this location, but I figured why not its only a coffee, but no, there is always something wrong with this location. After waiting in the drive-thru lane for 10mins I asked if they accept Apple pay to my surprise the young lady told me that they were only accepting cash! No sign out front, no sign displayed on the menu, and nothing. I am done with this location! Hire some people who want to work there!

Came into grab 3 drinks in the drive thru and waited about 8 min along with two other people and even sent my son inside to get the drinks and he couldn’t get anyone to take his order the reason why is most of your employees were outside smoking weed and chit chatting by cars in the parking lot with the food prep gives on there hands still… unbelievable

Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The food is good but the employees clearly hate their job and hate you for making them do it. The dining room is consistently locked when it says it should be open. Employees are almost comically rude and unhelpful. I once sat in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes because they said “pull forward, we’ll bring it out to you.” I got tired of waiting and had to walk inside and go behind the counter and grab my order off the back counter where it had been sitting for I don’t know how long — the food was cold. Then the manager had the audacity to yell at me. I said nothing and left. I don’t know if this is only an issue with the night-shift staff, or if this location is just bad.
