I came here unintentionally looking for a good breakfast place on an early Sunday morning. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The staff were all very nice and the food was great as a casual southern breakfast. Service was very quick and I appreciated how on top of things my waitress was when I needed refills of coffee and water. The place was fairly clean although seating was limited and a bit tight. Quite a place. It's been there forever and they continue having good food and service. It is a staple in Tuscaloosa, stop by you will not be disappointed.Parking: Park in the back of restaurant.

Biscuits are elite! The biscuit that your grandmother intended for you to have at every breakfast. Pancakes and sausage are good. Hashbrowns were ok. Grits left something to be desired but forget all of that…. Go for the great college diner atmosphere and stay for the biscuits.P.S., I ordered a lot of food. $18 was my total. Great price for great quality.
