“I went to Hoolies Grill tonight, August 26th, around 8 PM and I just have to say please support this business! I’m a faithful customer, and going to Hoolies is honestly a treat for me because the food is THAT delicious. The amazing customer service from the cashier and cooks is another big reason I keep coming back.

As soon as I walked in, the cashier and the two cooks were instantly so welcoming and kind. The customer service was honestly phenomenal.

I ordered the hummus dip, cheese sticks, bacon cheeseburger, okra, and the Swiss mushroom chicken sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also made some changes to my sandwich, and they got every single thing correct.

The restaurant was also clean and spacious, and they had everything you could need, from all the condiments to napkins and everything in between. It was just an overall really nice experience.

What really stuck out to me was how kind and welcoming the cashier and two cooks were. You don’t always get that kind of genuine customer service, and it really makes a difference.

Please support this business! The food is delicious, going there is always a treat for me, and the amazing cashier and cooks are a huge part of what keeps me coming back. I’ll definitely be back again! ❤“

“I never write reviews, but the service and server was horrible. To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up. The server was literally talking over my friend that was with us that was explaining the problems we were experiencing, and the manager finally told her to leave the conversation. We love the Gardendale location, we always go there with my daughter's whole ball team, and never once were we charged gratuity, and the service and food have always been excellent. The manager said, it was from corporate is the reason for mandatory gratuity for people 6 and over. Totally not true!!! Would NOT recommend the Tuscaloosa Mugshots!!!“

“This is a clean, straight forward restaurant. I was expecting the chain by the same name. I don't believe it is. The menu isn't huge either. What they serve, seems quite popular, mostly for take out. I was able to see some of the other entrees while waiting for my food. I will be going back to try a few other things. Prices vary and many items are cheaper than the item I got.

What did I get? 15 medium Wings. Only. I knew what I wanted and got it, no problem. The sauce had depth and good flavor. The wings were just right. They probably are a major seller, for a reason. Next time, a smaller wings and a salad will be my meal.“

I love coming here. Soon as I moved to Bama I found this place and keep coming back everytime im in town.

I ordered the whiting dinner and it's always good and consistent. Prices are fair and quality of food us always top notch.
