This location of McDonalds has to be the worse in this surrounding area. The ice-cream, milk-shake, frappe machines are usually down 90% of the time. The cashier’s are young adults and or children who are unprofessional and unproductive whenever you go inside. The shift managers I have encountered are usually equally as unprofessional and full of generic excuses instead of courtesy and a sense of how the shift should be managed. THE NIGHT SHIFT IS TERRIBLE, YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT THE SPEAKER FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN SOMEONE FINALLY COMES AND TAKES YOUR ORDER,THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES IN A ROW,I WOULDN'T ADVISE NO ONE TO GO THREW THE DRIVE THRU AFTER 5:30, DRIVE THRU AT NIGHT IS PATHETIC, THEY NEED TO FIX THIS

The food was good. I didn't like putting in my own order. I would much rather talk to a human. If I'm going to be the cashier in my transaction then I'd like an employee discount.
