I can sure tell not only at this one particular location but others as well that McDonald's does not hire smiling faces anymore! Just absolutely rude unruly children and adults! They do not have respect for anyone. The quality of the food has went all the way down with the attitudes of the employees! I will never support any location in any state. I wouldn't take this low quality garbage and feed it to a pig. I don't doubt that the rumors are true about the beef not being beef anymore. So long mcgarbage! Plus the music that's allowed in stores and the fowl language that the employees are using. McDonald's is not kid friendly anymore. The dining area is as just as filthy as the restrooms and the language!! Everything about McDonald's is a horrible experience. The prices are absolutely ridiculous as well

This location of McDonalds has to be the worse in this surrounding area. The ice-cream, milk-shake, frappe machines are usually down 90% of the time. The cashier’s are young adults and or children who are unprofessional and unproductive whenever you go inside. The shift managers I have encountered are usually equally as unprofessional and full of generic excuses instead of courtesy and a sense of how the shift should be managed. McDonald’s was a first job for myself, like many others so I am disappointed in the service provided at this location because other locations that are further away have much better service but the distance is an inconvenience

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 20 mins before anyone said anything when I pulled around i waited another 10-15mins before I got my food. I than had to park and go inside to get the rest of my food.

THE NIGHT SHIFT IS TERRIBLE, YOU HAVE TO WAIT AT THE SPEAKER FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN SOMEONE FINALLY COMES AND TAKES YOUR ORDER,THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES IN A ROW,I WOULDN'T ADVISE NO ONE TO GO THREW THE DRIVE THRU AFTER 5:30, DRIVE THRU AT NIGHT IS PATHETIC, THEY NEED TO FIX THIS

Can’t get the app to work. Can’t use rewards. Music has weird stops in it. Fountain machine in lobby hasn’t worked three days straight. They lock the door early. Employees are constantly avoiding being helpful, but are not at all worried about complaining loudly about any mistake a customer has made.
