I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and have always had issues with my order. I understand being busy but on multiple occasions they have forgotten things or even gave me the wrong item. Today I got a 10 piece spicy nugget and they gave me an original 10 piece. I even ordered a caramel apple frappe and it wasn’t even in the bag. Of a sudden one night I come at 3am. They say they are close until 4:30 . And they been doing it at that location for years. Knowing it’s a lie cause I go there every night. Get yall management under control. Cause this specific night the people who be there when I go wasn’t there. It was a white chubby male on the headset and he was rude as hell when I asked when they started doing that and walked away from me in mid convo....read full review
