Placed an order for a birthday party Wednesday. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday at 3pm. Got multiple emails and texts saying everything was on schedule and was good. Somehow got the “It was delivered at 3:01” text confirmation. They didn’t have the order even started until after 3. By the time it got delivered the party was basically over. Walked in to two employees taking turns yelling at, over and down at another employee for several minutes while other customers were around. Also one of the all time worst parking lots. Impossible to leave if more than 2 cars in the drive

The young lady at the drive through window,I’m not sure of her name but she was so great, she is really nice and she even walked me my order all the way out to my car in the line when it was wrapped around the building, even though they are busy she still remains humble, jolly, and excellent customer service!!
