Worst McDonald's i have ever been to in40 years of eating McDonald's. 15 minutes waiting on drive thru food just for the order to be wrong when it finally comes out With 2 large fries dumped in the bottom of the bag
I ordered 2 double gravy biscuits and this is what I got.
Every time I come to this McDonald’s location, It’s some bs. But today specifically, I was ordering and the lady cut me off and said to hold. I sat there for ten minutes. Then they told me to pull up to the second window. Which I did. And sat there. And then somebody came to the window and told me to go back to the first window. The worst managed McDonald’s of all time.

This McDonald's in Birmingham, AL, stands out for its friendly and helpful staff, making it a pleasant stop even when lost. The employees and customers are very friendly and willing to assist. The late-night service is particularly commendable, with fresh, hot food served with a smile. While daytime experiences can vary, the hot, freshly cooked fries and accurate orders are consistent highlights. The speaker was down, and the line was to the street, with a wait of 30 minutes for food. One person taking orders had no uniform on nor a name tag. The food was reported as good. It's ridiculous that this location closes the inside too often in the mornings, causing the drive-thru to be backed up and take forever. This is not good, especially in an area where many are headed to work and it's the main breakfast option.
