This store has the worst customer service on earth. Their app glitched causing my one of my pizzas to be deleted and then copied the other. The corporate number told me that it was a store issue and the store manager told me to kick rocks. That if I wanted to correct pizza I would have to pay for it the order again. Manager was rude about the entire situation and all I wanted was the correct pizza. She reused and said I would have to pay for the pizza if I wanted the correct one.
I will never stop and eat from the Papa John’s Pizza in Wetumpka again the manger in there are so disrespectful how can you mess up a order not one time but twice and try to be
disrespectful to your customer but baby you was disrespectful to the right one that night and also as I was in the the put there hands in there hair and takes stuff outside and go right back making your food so if you likes Papa John’s Pizza please go to a different one other then the one in Wetumpka...read full review
