Had to pull to the window to order after waiting 12 minutes at the microphone. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 4 dark pieces of chicken, mash potatoes with no gravy, macaroni and cheese and fried pickles. The cashier asked me to pull up and gave me my receipt. After a few minutes, I checked my receipt and saw that she put in white and dark meat chicken. I backed up to the window and when she came to the window to give me my order, I asked if she gave me all dark meat. She told me they dont sell it that way. I asked her why she didn't say so when I ordered and i could have ordered something else. No reply. I checked my order and noticed gravy on the potatoes. I gave it back and asked for potatoes without gravy. She brought it back and I left. Halfway home, I pulled over because I had a feeling something else was wrong. I was right. No fried pickles. I went back to the store and went inside. Had to wait for the order again. It was crazy. No apologies from the drive thru cashier but she did take the time to roll her eyes at me. It was crazy!
Very helpful

THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I'M NOT A FAN OF USING A KIOSK AS I DON'T GET PAID TO TAKE MY ORDER. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY FOOD. OUR FRIES WERE PUT IN THE BAG 10 MINUTES BEFORE OUR CHICKEN STRIPS WERE DONE SO I HAD TO ASK FOR FRESH FRIES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I GOT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A CUSTOMER THAT WAS RETURNING RAW CHICKEN THAT I DID THE EMPLOYEES.

Great Service. Will eat there again.
The Popeyes food quality was consistent, however, the service quality with these Gen Z staff continues to decline. I waited over 20 minutes for my order because the front of house and back of house did not communicate about how and when to drop the food and were not monitoring the tickets coming from the kiosk we are required to use. This happened on top of the fact that I wanted to pay in cash and the server pretended as if they couldn’t cash a 50 dollar bill for a family meal that costs 45 dollars, it would have only been 6 dollars in change, he didn’t want to count it. Second, he was totally unhelpful with the order and sent me back to complete the order again instead of taking my cash. Then, as described above, they were standing around not processing my order because they didn’t communicate the tickets. I teach, so I’m well aware this generation struggles with basic literacy and numeracy, AND, in a service based economy you have to train them to meet guests needs and act as if the job they do matters. We go out in a period of inflation to ease our burdens, not encounter a more frustrating experience than cooking. I would suggest management and staff attend some hospitality training and have real adults on staff who know how to supervise this generation
