Piss poor customer service by the manager she yelled at the employee at the window and started to talk crazy to me because he didn’t ask for the recent before swiping my card.. then she threatened him with taking him off the schedule idk who she is or her problem but how she talked to that kid was inexcusable

I placed an order on the app & customized the chicken I wanted legs & wings. Got to the window the cashier stated the manager said she didn’t have any more legs/wings she gave me thighs. I said that’s not what I ordered. So i pulled up & go inside. Soon as I stepped in the manager “she’s short & dark skin” was hostile. I asked if they could cook more she said NO! She started loud talking saying she don’t know why we keep customizing chicken when we’re not supposed to. She said they know not to come in the store with that because we’re not going to let them customize chicken. I said well as long as the app allows me to customize it I’m going to do so.I said how you gonna tell me what I can & can’t have . SMH! I said maybe you should reach out to your CEO if it’s a problem instead of lashing out at your customers. The customer service was a -0 ! She was very unprofessional & rude! I got my food & told her I won’t come back to this location again. I will go somewhere else!

The manager, Isaiah was so friendly at the Eastern Blvd Could Montgomery,Al from the beginning to the end of my order. I was having a bad day, but he change that without knowing with his patience and his warm welcome. Thanks again

The young man took my order he always greet saying How are you doing today my Beautiful Queen what can I get you today Beautiful Queen.My daughter was with me that day she lives in Atlanta and that's all me and her talks about.He has a very good High Spirit I was thinking of one day instead of going through drive thru I would like to go in to meet him I was going through something that day he just put a smile on face and I continually had an awesome day.
