Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

You would think in this climate we are living in y’all would have the common courtesy to cater to your customers better than you do!! I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and dedicated customer of DoorDash as well! In fact, I’m sure DoorDash would be more than happy to speak on my behalf if needed because I don’t play games!! I’ve invested in both businesses more frequently this year than I have ever before, and what do I get in return? Poor quality product that was ugly to look at and too hard and dry to eat!! My family had to wait for dinner because I was so tired when I got off but count down to never again starts right now!! From management on down this is ridiculous and y’all need to be embarrassed for playing games in customers face!!

Consistency the worst Popeyes, I like Popeyes in general. This one is the worst I’ve been too and ruins my craving for any Popeyes. Go to chick file or Popeyes on east chase or down the road further. It ain’t worth cold dried up food or terrible and slow customer service. Peace out ✌️

I'd put in an online order which I'd planned to pick up before the lunch crowd came. But low and behold I put myself dead in it. The line was long but the staff still took care of business and was able to get everyone in and out in a good amount of time.

There were multiple verbal exchanges between the staff and customers. Keep in mind there were only 4 of us in the store, so a 50% likelihood of conflict in this store. Do yourself a favor stay away.

Slower than usual service. The restaurant was only midly busy. Food was pretty much standard to Popeyes chain. For seemingly no reason, it Took over 20 minutes to get our food after placing the order. At least 5 that customers that ordered after us got their food before us. It's was not a complicated or large order. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful.

I really went to the one on Eastchase Parkway. The food was good but the staff did too much laughing and playing that I could hear through the speaker. They were a bunch of teenagers/younger people that night. However, the young lady at the window and taking orders was polite.

The place was so filthy. And the bathrooms were worse! We waited 15 mins for our food even tho the trays were all heaped up with chicken. My boneless wings were cold.
