Prestrrs Pecans is always amazing. Today I had my favorite ice cream, black walnut. It's definitely the best. Whenever I eat black walnot ice cream I remember helping my grandmother harvest these nuts. Their gift shop is filled with many types of gifts. I'm sure you could find the perfect gift! We stop here twice a year so I can pick up my pecans. They are fresh and help take my baking to the next level.

I ordered the self rising flour and it arrived less than a week before the expiration date. I notified customer support and got no response. I won't be ordering again.

This is an excellent place to stop right off the highway. Very easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking, fun, outdoor activities, and a wonderful selection of desserts and gifts. Lunch items as well - clean large bathrooms for a multipurpose stop. Great for all ages and well worth a stop. Excellent service so stop with full confidence that you can get right back to travel with fun in store.

Terrible customer service. My order was placed on 12/9 for delivery 12/18. Have received no notice of shipping or delivery, and their tracker says no information on my order # available. I tried calling customer service today and got a recording saying to leave my phone number and they would call back. They did not. I also emailed - no response. About 5 pm I finally got through to a real person on customer service, who said to call back tomorrow because they close their computer system at 3pm. Strange that I could only get through after the system is supposedlly closed.. So I am to spend another day tomorrow trying to get through?

Super cute stop if you are heading north or southbound on 65. It has a country store shopping vibe with unique items including Alabama college gear. The star of the show is of course their pecan products. They have some out for sampling as you browse the many different bins and baskets of pecan products. The key lime pecans are delicious and of course the roasted. Customer service was friendly and we enjoyed this stop and the history behind the company.

Worst customer service I have every experienced for mail order products. I am now 12 days past my original $50.00 order date with no response to multiple emails and phone calls requesting an order status. Called customer service, put on hold loop for 10 minutes with no opportunity to leave a message as "the mailbox is full". And I am still receiving promotional emails from Priester's Pecans advertising Christmas gifts with timely shipping!!! I called the order number, hoping to, at the very least, speak to a live person. The woman on the line is clearly not with the company but simply an answering service.

Love this store. Like a Cracker Barrel without the dinner. Shopping is southern & fun. Sampling the pecans & fudge is nice but the area can be very congested. Key lime pecans are my favorite
