Love Priester's for everything pecan and more. Great place for a bathroom break when you're on the road. The gift shop has some really great offerings--not just pecans! And their porch is great for sitting a spell, rocking your caressing away, and nibbling on a mini pecan pie while enjoying the breeze and people-watching. They close at 6 PM even though their website says 7 PM.
Wife and I absolutely love the pecans. I've ordered quite a bit since being turned on to this place months back. Pecans are very fresh and my wife loves Pecans more than I thought possible now. I grew up in the south and she knew I was a fan but these are outstanding. But....Always a but. I also ordered two pecan pies. My most favorite dessert. I grew up with a grandmother and my mom making these. They've passed on and we wanted try the pies here. Won't happen again....read full review
