We are not from Montgomery but previously have visited SaZa many times. Haven't been in awhile so went for Sunday brunch. It was different. Waiter didn't understand the wine menu. He didn't have SaZa clothes on - khaki shorts and tee-shirt Pizza was mediocre. No live music. A total of four tables occupied. Arriving there, staff setting up outside were blowing smoke from cigs. I smoke, but would never do that in a restaurant atmosphere. There seemed to be no manager there. What happened???

The food was good. I loved the margaritas.
The food was delicious and our service was amazing!
6/15/25 was my birthday dinner. The fried eggplant parmesean was crusty hard. The waitress took it back; she brought me another one to replace the previous one. It was hard to cut with the knife & even harder to bite & chew. I won't be going back. Too expensive & no one in our part of 5 enjoyed their meal.
Food was average and prices were too high. Paid $13 for a small margarita. Shocked when we were told they didn't have any lasagna.
Seriously disappointed in the food. No need to return.
Was glad to be able to get in without a reservation. Food was pretty tasteful. The food from the kids menu were pretty basic. So basic my kids didn’t care much for it. The manicotti was just “ok” according to my son & the buttered noodles were small for my daughter(she’s small herself) & kind of bland.
My Sunday Sauce was pretty basic & didn’t stand out much. Not bad but not great for the price. I’d probably try something else.
HOWEVER my wife ordered the Lasagna & it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were balanced and bold. It was prepared very well.
The bread sticks were so delicious we had to order two dozens. The salad (forgot what it was called but had prosciutto) was fantastic it. A very nice contrast to the red sauce. The bruschetta was delicious & fresh as well(price might be a bit beyond the value though).
The fried cheese raviolis were good. The kids enjoyed them. Only issue is there were only four.
Over all we had a pretty fair experience. Definitely would like to try again.

Overall experience was poor from the start. It's the Saturday after Thanksgiving and our favorite Pizza place was closed so we chose SaZa. I called and there was no answer so we assumed they were closed or too busy to answer so took a gamble and drove downtown. To our surprise, lights were on and workers were inside. Upon entry, there's 3 female employees at the booth chatting. No business! I mean I was the only customer at the time. So, why wasn't the phone answered? After seating me at a back table in the back corner of the empty restaurant, the greeter sat the menus down on the table and walked away. The lady who served the table was nice. Her service was good. The fried ravioli was good but the marinara was lacking. We ordered pizza. The toppings were ok, but the pizza crust was barely browned and the cheese was only melted but not heated through. After trying a slice, I questioned the waitress and asked if that's how their pizza is served or was this just an oversight. She said, well, it just depends on who's cooking, if they let it stay in long enough... she asked if we wanted it cooked more and took it back. It was much better. The crust was edible now and the sausage was seared enough to appreciate the flavor, but the experience doesn't warrant another visit here. If you do Italian, you should do it well. It's not like I ordered a steak at a pizza restaurant! Anyway, again, not impressed with the marinara, definitely did not like the overall service and I had to request that they cook my PIZZA longer. Shouldn't happen here! Looking forward to going to Midtown Pizza Kitchen to satisfy my pizza craving but for now, I'll throw a Chicago's Homerun Inn frozen pizza in the oven and call it a night!

recently visited this restaurant with a group of friends, and while the service was friendly, the overall experience left much to be desired. Our waitress was attentive and kind, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to our expectations.
Most of the dishes we ordered were either dry, bland, or overly salty, making it difficult to truly enjoy the meal. To add to the disappointment, we noticed a pricing discrepancy on the menu. The cheesecake was listed at $7, but when we ordered it, we were told the actual price was $9. It’s frustrating to see inaccurate menus, especially when it comes to something as simple as dessert.
While the staff’s attitude was a bright spot, the food quality and pricing inconsistency ultimately left us unsatisfied. I hope they can address these issues, as the potential is there for a much better dining experience.

Overall I'm giving this a 3.5 for food.
Stopped in for an appetizer and drinks.
Had a " not your father's old fashion" which you can really just call a cherry whiskey sour.. Very sweet.
Ravioli was overcooked and sauce was cold.
Garlic bread was very garlicky and lacked any additional flavor, really needed sauce or something on the side.
Overall service at the bar was fine. Restaurant had a very large catering event happening so very busy.

Saza's did not disappoint! We were having a late dinner, and the manager at Don Ducan's All American Tire recommended this restaurant. My coworker and I both had the chicken piccata. It was not only delicious but filling as well. Our waitress was phenomenal with service, and when asked, she stated the dish we both ordered was her favorite. The atmosphere was comfortable, so you don't have to be dressed up to come here. I will eat here again when business brings me back to the area.

Excellent meal! Food was delicious, portion size was perfect. Braised ribs were tender and the polenta was creamy and perfectly flavored!
