Wish I could give this zero stars. Stopped by 15 minutes before closing and all the doors were locked. Waited until someone left and opened the door to go inside and was told they were closed. I asked what time they closed and was told 4pm. I looked at my phone and informed them it was only 345 to which the reply was well were closed and no longer serving.

This place closes whenever they don’t feel like serving people. Middle of a Saturday afternoon and the worker tells me that they need to clean, so they closed early. I don’t know who manages this store, but you have problem employees if this is normal. I have never seen a Starbucks do something like this. They should at least post the hours on the door or online if they don’t feel like working the whole 8am to 4 pm shift. Pathetic.

Starbucks is Starbucks, so meh. The food gets 4⭐ bc I know what to get, which is the sous vide egg bites (skip the one with bacon.) I'm not a fan of the coffee, too bitter, so I had water.Overall good breakfast, and the only option in downtown Montgomery at 830AM on a Sat, so they got my biz.

This particular store knows how to handle pressure with no expense to the product!! Everytime I go, my drink is prepped the same & THEM EGG BITES, be on point! Line could be out the door & they get to everyone in a timely manner.. love it will always come back.

Typically I can expect quality food, beverages, and services from Starbucks. Over the past several months it’s truly been hit or miss at this location.I generally substitute regular milk for Oatmilk. On a couple of occasions the barista has mistakenly added regular milk but corrected it before giving it to me. I never complained - I always patiently waited for the correction and thanked them. I also tip when I go there. Today I ordered my beverage without specifying that I’d like to substitute for oatmilk. Immediately after I paid I corrected for this. I asked if I needed to pay anything for the correction and was ignored. The barista made a face that made me feel like her whole world ended and another employee snickered. They made me another drink and I’m sure it had regular milk in it based on taste and other hints. I will not visit this location again. I truly hope that they did not do what I suspect.I do know the response to a paying customer made me commit to not spending another penny there.
