Delightful coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere
Ordered at the window customer service was ok could of been a little better gave complements to the drive thru window staff that he had a amazing voice like a radio personnel but he just look at me with a blank stare other than that all was well...
Nice workers and good location. Limited seating, only 4 tables inside.

This Starbucks Coffee Company, located at the Coosa Street downtown Montgomery location and attached to the Trilogy Hotel, is described as a great place with a great atmosphere and wonderful staff. The morning team is considered the best, making the best morning coffee, so customers pass two different Starbucks just for this location. The baristas are the best in all of Montgomery. The mid day shift ladies are hard workers who keep the establishment clean and even help the homeless. The staff is also kind; when a ticket was never printed, they upgraded a grande pumpkin spiced latte to a venti. However, the tipping option is a compromise. The hours are incorrect on google, stating a 7 pm close but actually closing at 6 pm. This is a nice small Starbucks location, super close for some, with online orders always ready. But a vanilla protein latte has had a thick goopy clump of foam/milk/froth at the bottom, making half the drink gross, so that beverage will not be ordered at this location again.
