Every single person that I came here with complained that they didn't enjoy their experience here. That was probably why they all stared at me when I completely finished my plate. I'm sorry, authentic Mexican food is my jam and I don't care what others think, order the right thing and you won't have a problem. I was greeted with a basket of chips and salsa. The salsa was just right consistency for me, saucy and chunky. Very tasty! This was in “The Alley. Love the atmosphere! All the servers brought a big sombrero for a little girl for her birthday and sang her happy birthday. So festive!The server recommend the dish I had queso flameado. It was delicious! Ate early on a rainy Friday (4:30). Not yet crowded so sat immediately. Chips/salsa were above average so good start. Beers were cold and a good value for the $ in my opinion. Enjoyed a basic guac taco, Grande burrito, and 1/2 order of loaded nachos- all were average to above average, basic authentic mexican restaurant fare but good.
