We were in visiting from Japan and craving a steak and cactus blossom so we stopped in. We joined the waitlist before arriving and checked in via text upon arrival. We had a very minimal wait. Jude was our waiter and he was AMAZING. Our drinks were never empty and we never had an opportunity to need anything because he already had it taken care of. We waited almost an hour to be seated, at 4 pm. There were many empty tables. No table was marked as being reserved. We didn't get rolls for over 1/2 hours , although there were parties that came in after us with rolls.
First of all we live in Florida and our Texas Roadhouse is a 5 star BUT this one is not any where close. The host is not really friendly and they are on their phone in front of customers. We were told the wait would be about 40-50 mins (for 2 people). When it was about 45 min wait so far, I walked up to the not so friendly host and kindly ask for an update.
