I was nervous when pulling up, old and run down. I was wrong. Best Wendy's I have ever eaten at. I have stopped a total of 4 times now, always quick, hot and juicy. Staff is young but super nice! Went early lunch time so maybe later in the day is the problem.

told it would take 15 minutes to cook a chicken sandwich instead of the usual 6 because they changed companies
I ordered large chili through the drive thru. Called to complain about receiving a small. I was told on phone that I couldn't tell difference between 8 and 16 ounces. I did received appoligy upon returning with small chili.
