Worlers were RUDE food was cold, not fresh and they said, no refund
Refused to make our order with no customers in the store.
Coffee was cold, bread stale, fries cold
ask for a plain buger they gv me cheese n bacon
3 employees yelled all bugers got cheese. WOW!
Bathrooms were nasty.
5/7/23 1:00 p.m. Ordered at drive thru. Got to window and cashier tried to give us wrong size drink. Cashier (who later identified herself as the manager) said we would have to pay $3 cash to get drink size corrected. We had paid with debit card. We did not have cash. So we asked to just pay difference. She refused. She was so rude. So we asked for a refund. She said their policy was to give no refunds and told us we’d have to order another whole drink.
