The serving speed is too slow. The waiter doesn't respond even when you call him. The service attitude is really bad. The serving speed is also very slow. It takes 20 minutes for 2 sushi.

The food was decent and I liked the overall atmosphere. The look and feel of the place is great. What I wasn't keen on was the service, or lack there of. We barely saw our waiter and had to flag a random staff member down to get the check and to-go plates. They dropped everything off and were moving everywhere else around the restaurant until we flagged them down. They had just opened, so it wasn't crowded, it just seemed like they were still prepping to open. It wasn't the greatest dining experience, but I do plan to go back eventually.

Rude when I walked in so I just left the place

Today we got blue crab hotpot. It was almost $77. This is not the first time we ordered from here. The first time we got sashimi platter it was very bad. The fish was dry. The order seafood smelled little bit then next time we orders a soup. But it came in a 16oz soup container. Wth. Not even worth the time to get it. When we eat there it was never like that. Tonight we ordered blue crab hot pot. They have 3 small piece of crab.baby octopus and a small octopus. 2 piece of shrimp. This is ridiculous. Never going back again. They messed up our order so many times.

Food is good but service sometimes is lacking not once did anyone offer to refill my drink and then she spilled miso on my hand as she attempted to hand me the soup when she could of just walked to the other side of the table to place it we had two tables in the middle When placing a roll on the table she did not give anyone time to move stuff and just slid it onto the table knocking some side dishes over. So I was gonna tip 10 percent the lady at the front said want me to add the tip and I said yes just 10 percent. She made comment like only 10 percent. I ignored it and should have checked but she marked 20 percent. I did not realize this till much later but check your receipts.

There was no wait to get a table staff was friendly our food was great and it took 10 min would highly recommend for people in a rush but it takes a while to choose your food cause there are so many great things to order!!!!!Solid 5 stars

I went there with my friend to try it out both BBQ and sushi. The place was nice and clean. The food we ordered came quick and was good. It was the poor service that we received. For the price that we paid someone should have at least offered to cook for us or at least check up on us. They only checked up on us in the beginning and asked us if everything was okay. I would like it if your waiters proactively check to see if everything is alright so far and to act on these request without being told so by the customers. Again for the price your service did not meet our expectations.

Food was great. Was there Mother’s Day, so the place was very busy! Great service, very clean, wife was very happy!

This restaurant is the best at pork cutlet.
Come again and eat pork cutlet again...
