I've always enjoyed eating at the sale barns. I'm from Texas and those are the best steaks usually. Mel's service is great and the steaks have a great flavor. Could be a lil thicker, but great either way!
The wait service and delivery time from order to table was excellent. The salad bar was a nice perk considering recent COVID-era related restrictions. The meal was hot, but steaks were not cooked to desired doneness (medium rare) and vegetables were undercooked and lacked tenderness. The sweet potato side was the best part of the entree. Service was great. Food was good but for the price I could have went to a lot fancier place. It was good but to pay that price I want to come away saying dang that was awesome. Im guessing if we go to eat steak we will go somewhere else. Just can't say that it is worth the price you pay.
