“Princeton Alternative Elementary School hired Gus's to cater an outside "tailgating" experience for about 200 students, staff, and parents. Lee and his staff member exceeded our expectations. They were timely, prepared, and eager to help us in any capacity. They served everyone with a smile and pleasant attitude. Our event was a success because of the delicious food and excellent service. We are so glad to have found a partner in Gus's and look forward to having them at future events.“

“Been coming here since I was a little girl! Love love love Sol’s. Management has changed since I was a kid and the main lady in charge isn’t really kind and can be kinda snippy and have a slight attitude but one of the cooks has been there for a while and her personality makes up for it. I’ll always come back just don’t care to deal with the main lady at the register.“

“Finally found as close to a Chicago dog as it gets in Bham. Wonderful flavor, all beef hotdog with pickles, tomato, sport peppers and mustard. The only thing it might have been missing is celery salt but I didn't miss it. The French fries were good, but the sweet potato waffle fries were amazing. Wife had a hamburger and it was excellent. They have local beers as well as other beverages. Will definitely be back.“

“Gus' Hot Dogs has survived for a long time and it's because of the loyalty of the many patrons. The menu offers many options and all is delicious! The chili dog is unique as the chili looks like beef dog sauce but it has a rich, chili flavor. Please try one or many!!“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “We wanted a unique and local place. A hole in the wall if you will. The store front said this is it. When you walk in it doesn't look like a sit down restaurant, and there aren't many seats. Ms Dawson greets you from behind a wall and comes around to take your order. Plan to be patient as she cooks it fresh and is a solo operator. The burger was well worth the wait. Definitely give it a shot for lunch.. just don't be in a hurry.“

“The staff made me feel at home, food was perfect as always. I love their breakfast and they are one of the few places on green springs where you can get honey! Everyone was super sweet.
Parking: Easy to get in and out of. Loads of spaces. Easy to get very large utility vehicles in and out of

“You walk in the door and this incredible scent lures you upstairs to the coolest Japanese bistro I've ever seen. Pick up the phone in the phone booth to gain passage to a legit 1920s speakeasy. Beautiful music playing, cocktails. I never want to leave.“

“I've been eating Sneaky Pete's hotdog since I was a little kid. The food is great, but it's much more than that. It's more than just a hot dog restaurant, it's a Birmingham icon. Everyone from here and travels through here should have a Sneaky Pete's hot dog.“

“An american classic, simple menu, easy to order, all you do is just head inside and tell them if you want to-go or dine in. They have a variety of different foods including burritos, biscuits, and hotdogs in the morning and then burgers, chili cheese fries, and more for lunch. It's no wonder this is a popular spot to go to in Alabama. ?
Miscellaneous: Open at 7 am and close at 5 pm on Monday thru Friday, on Saturday, they close at 4 pm and they are closed on Sunday, pretty reasonable hours, parking is easily accessible to the public, just make sure to look both ways before crossing. ?
Service/Food: Excellent, fast, efficiently well-made, you order your food, get a drink, then they'll call out your number but it gets done so quick depending on what you order, there is a great number of employees here and you should appreciate them as much as they appreciate you.
Amenities: Drink machine includes fan favorites like Coca-Cola, Sprite, Water, and more, they have a restroom to use in the back and they also have a TV to watch if you're bored, I see there are many pictures of other customers that have enjoyed Sneaky Pete's, you might be the next one. ?
The food listed in the picture is the Ultimate Double Cheeseburger and regular fries but the #11 combo is also good!“

“I enjoyed my burger there both times I visited. A hot, double patty with fresh, chilled fixings. Good tea as well. It's right around the corner from the North Pavillion of UAB.
I'd recommend ya stop in if you're around there. Spent $14 for the meal, and it was worth it.“

“I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“
