One of the employees in Jack’s drive thru window on wilson dam road that was going to make me pull back around 10+ cars for an orange juice. AFTER I had already waited my time (prob 20 min in line) just like everyone else this morning. A mama like me had her toddler with her or I would’ve gladly gotten out in the cold and ordered. When I finally pulled up to the window I wanted to add a simply orange juice to my order. She then told me “I would have to get back in line”....read full review
Apparently when you order a shake, now they only fill the cup to 1" or 1-1/8" below the top of the cup.
