worst experience ever at Zaxby's. ordered two Cobb salads. lettuce was literally ruined. tomatoes were bad. I believe it had been in the fridge for days. very disappointed. I love Zaxby's but Muscle shoals experience was terrible. Never again.
Tonight as I ordered over $30 worth of food, I tell the girl taking my order that I have a discount card for a kids meal for 99 cents. She says ok, I drive to the pick up window. The girl at the window tells me my total and I hand her my card to pay. She hands it back with my receipt. I notice I was charged over $4 for the kids meal. I tell her and she says well you didn’t show me the discount card when you pulled up. I replied that I didn’t know I was supposed to show you....read full review
I went Zaxby’s tonight to pick up part of my order that wasn’t given to me tthe prior night. I called and came back with a receipt to be told I had already been back (which I hadn’t). To have your money taken and receive the poor service and to be treated so cruelly. I’ll never be back!
