We had the pleasure of working a vendor booth next to Cave City in Scottsboro this weekend for the renaissance faire and from one small business to another, they are amazing. They were friendly, quick, attentive, professional, fun, and their pulled pork was absolutely unreal. It was super juicy, super flavorful, their barbeque sauce added just the right amount of tang and spice, and it was absolutely delicious.

Great and creative way to deliver an explosion of flavor! I’ve never heard anyone use nap times as a smoking timer, but then again, I suppose that is how the Mac N Cheese BBQ Bowl was conceived. 😆
Can’t go wrong with the MNC Bowl and Wings. Looking forward to try other food.

Based on customer reviews, Cave City BBQ is a food truck that serves amazing barbecue. The pulled pork is absolutely unreal, super juicy, and super flavorful, with a barbeque sauce that adds just the right amount of tang and spice. The Mac N Cheese BBQ Bowl and Wings are also great choices. Even someone who does not eat meat gave the BBQ a try and found it out of this world amazing, with perfect flavor and moist texture. The sides are very delicious, and the cheesecake is the best cheesecake ever tasted. The owners are friendly, quick, attentive, professional, and fun. They provide the best service and will go to all ends to meet a favorite BBQ order. It is hard to find good barbecue these days, but this place has it. Customers give it a 10/10 and highly recommend Cave City BBQ for any function.
