Have had the pleasure of tasting several custom Alley Cakes and they are always the star of any gathering! I had a slice of carrot cake the other day that I'm still thinking about?? This place really does amazing work and you can taste it with each bite. The cookies and pastries are incredible as well. Alley Cake Co is def the best bakery in town in my book.

My daughter graduated from the University of Alabama on Saturday and we had the best cake ever from Alley Cake to culminate the celebration! Our friends and family were raving about the outward appearance - and we're not expecting the cake to taste as good as it looked!!!! We were all pleasantly surprised. The cake was so moist on the inside and the flavors were outstanding! The icing was very tasty. In addition, I was so appreciative of the bakery working with me to meet my date. They had taken so many orders for my pickup date that they were initially going to decline my order, but when the owner got on the phone with me and heard it was for graduation she made the decision to squeeze me in!!! I couldn't believe it - she completely made my day. And what a beautiful product. Thank you Alley Cake for this outstanding experience. I wish I wasn't from out of town...as all of my future cake orders would be with you - no exceptions!
