As I was looking for an authentic Mexican place, I came upon Loco Lupes. I wanted queso and on the DoorDash website, this was the only place other than Socal, Chiptotle, and Central Mesa. Although those places are great, I do not like their queso very much. I have never heard of Loco Lupes but decided to give it a go. My husband and I were on a trip to Tuscaloosa. We stopped at Loco Lupe’s for a quick lunch. This was the best Mexican Restaurant I’ve been to in a long time! The margarita tastes so fresh. The chicken street taco, chorizo taco, street corn and soup was amazing. I can’t wait to come back again.
