Have been here twice, wont be back. First time, the a/c was out, water was leaking through the walls, the fire alarm was going off, and my order was ready 30 minutes late. The second time, my order was wrong. I was missing fries from one order, and the burger had cheese melted onto it when I specified no cheese. Mistakes happen, I get it. What I don’t get is when you call them and tell them, their only offer is for YOU to drive all the way across town to them AGAIN to have the food remade. I shouldn’t have to spend more money on gas, not to mention the huge inconvenience, when the business is responsible for me not receiving an item I paid for. They will not give a refund.

I don’t know what it is with ordering from here but if the website says four flavors for a 30 piece wings why am I being told I can only get three flavors? I’ve ordered a few times from here but I feel that some of tbe staff doesn’t even know what is what compared to actual buffalo wild wings

Rotten vegetables served. This was my first order at this to go location. Wings were ok, but the celery and carrot sticks were completely rotten. Will not order again.

Seriously this place is going to go down fast if they don't get proper management. Why have a person hard of hearing at the cash register. On yesterday a simple 10 PC boneless with wedges turned into two 10 count traditional wings one with upcharge for wedges well the order had just been placed and I immediately said hey I asked for boneless so the cashier gets the horrible manager who says oh the order has already been made and I'm like sir we just ordered but currently waiting on my refund and left with no food. 0 stars and definitely not returning to this location. Corporate this business is terrible for the brand and I suggest staff evaluation bc if you want failure CONGRATS but if you desire success please get a staff who listens to customers bc we spend good money bc 36.28 for cut up chicken bites YIKES

cashier pretty much lied to me saying it was a dollar more for a large fries on my combo when I got my receipt she charged me 5 dollars for large fries asked her why and she large fries dont come with combos

Started out great, but now every time I go something's wrong. This time I ordered a sauce and rub and they did all the wings with the rub, no sauce, only one ranch, which is not enough, and they didn't give me my brownie for the second time. Also the AC seemed to be completely out, like 90° out

They cannot cook at all! Just spent $40 just to get home and throw the food away! Hard, over cooked, they asked my if I wanted ranch and still didn’t give me ranch! Sauce old, chicken Old- food literally feels like rubber and taste like a heat lamp! Hands Down- worst B-Dub ever! No
