Tonight was our 1st time trying this place-- and it was great!! I cannot imagine how there are so many bad reviews. I can only guess they have since gotten better employees, and have the new business running smoothly now. The space is big, cheerful, and inviting. My 8-year old daughter LOVED it, said it was "the best ice cream ever," and she wants to paint something the color of their chairs. First message to this location was through Facebook on 10.16.2022 regarding the unhappiness with our cookie cake for a birthday party. I expected it to look like the picture on the website and it was hurredly done. And you could tell. Message was read but not answered. I messaged back on 11.17 & 21. Message read but not answered. I'm highly upset that this location doesn't care enough to at least respond to concerns. To me it's good business or no business and I hate that.

If you want a good cookie go here. If you want just a regular cookie go here. As far as I know they don't have any bad cookies. Just remember that 2 good cookies cost as much as a package of oreos.
