Ordered online. I fully admit I didn't realize the first choice that was usually my location in Northport was the Hwy 43 one instead. I clicked in error but when I arrived at my usual location they told me I had no order there and to check the Hwy 43 location. Fine, no biggie, it was somewhat on my way plus a few miles to the right. To be sure, I called the Hwy 43 location and was told they had no order for me. By that time I knew the pan pizza I ordered would not be edible once I searched every location in my town, so I went home and checked email. Yep, Hwy 43 location was where it was sent. So, $11 gone and no lunch. Don't know where to email for a refund. Whatever. Hungry Howie's is closer to my house anyway.

Ordered here twice recently, once was delivery and the wait time was an 55 minutes longer than originally quoted. Once the pizza arrived and I got it inside, the toppings had slid to one side, as if the driver let it fall. Today, ordered and again longer than quoted pickup time.

Don’t rely on time estimates on the app/website when ordering from this store. When I called, the store said pizza is going to be delivered 2 hours after the app said at the time of ordering. Store will not give any partial refund or even a coupon for next visit. They offered to cancel the order…after I’ve been waiting more than an hour and it’s pretty late to conjure a new dinner plan. It’s a busy night. Things run behind. But a business should do something to make it right when their estimate is off by this much. I ordered pizza at 6:15. We will be eating at 9 pm. We live 4 miles from the store.
Edit: After my phone call, the pizza came quicker than estimated on the call. It was still more than an hour after the original estimate on the app and 1.5 hours after ordering. But I’m glad it didn’t take the additional time estimated over the phone.

Horrible! Absolutely Horrible, this was the driest pizza I've ever had in my life. I will NEVER order from this location again. It was dry. I wasn't in any position to go back and have the pizza reordered. And I shouldn't have had to. Will NEVER order pizza here again.

Ordered the special online and we love cheese so I made sure to put extra cheese as one of our topping and it was hardly any cheese on the pizza just sauce and very slim toppings. I was going to get hunts pizza from the local gas station because they are delicious and don't skimp you with cheese and toppings but I decided to go with the 9.99 special and pick EXTRA cheese on both. It was a mistake shouldn't have drove 20 mins. Should've taken 5 mins instead. What's so bad was I was at the store with hunts pizza. Lesson learned...

Don't expect your order to be on time, even if you use the pizza tracker. Their times are never accurate. They will mark your order as complete, and tell you to pull up that it will be another 5-8 minutes, even though you have the pizza tracker that shows completed. The pizza tracker will estimate 20 minutes, then when you arrive 25 minutes after placing the order, you're told it'll be another 30 minutes. I have given this place too many chances, and I won't be giving them anymore. They need new management or a better system with accurate time. Friendlier people might be better too

Estimated time for pickup said 7-12 minutes. I ordered at 5:39pm. I got there at 6:28pm, and they said it would be 15 more minutes. I finally got my order at 6:50pm. Normally they are good on Estimated times and I always wait an extra 10 minutes before I show up just in case. But tonight was horribly wrong. Estimated pickup was an hour off.
