Estimated time for pickup said 7-12 minutes. I ordered at 5:39pm. I got there at 6:28pm, and they said it would be 15 more minutes. I finally got my order at 6:50pm. Normally they are good on Estimated times and I always wait an extra 10 minutes before I show up just in case. But tonight was horribly wrong. Estimated pickup was an hour off.

Check your pizza before you leave. Which is something I have always done in the past but it has been a long week. With how expensive everything is getting, I was more then disappointed when I got home with my order to find out that our pizza was missing ingredients that I wanted to sub for, but ultimately had to pay an extra charge for. The ingredients were poorly distributed, missing in the middle, just all around dry and sad looking.I rarely call, or ask for remakes, but tonight I just couldn't justify the cost versus product.That being said. I am SO THANKFUL for the customer service I received. I called, the young lady that took my complaint tried to work out bringing us the remake, but sadly we are still out of delivery area. She was so nice, no attitude, no million questions, just how can we make it right. Which was so refreshing I feel like good and fair customer service now a days is so hard to come by. When I arrived to swap out the incorrect pizza for the remake, you guys.... seriously. I was met with a smile, a genuine apology and the best dang pizza I have had in a while. To the crew that was working tonight 4/19 thank you so much for doing your best to make it right. I haven't ordered dominos in some time because of how expensive it has gotten, but I will definitely put dominos back on the top of the list of options for ordering out.

Have ordered many times on the app from this location. Flawless every time! This place runs like a well-oiled machine and the employees are always in good spirits.
They tried to rip us off. I never got to talk to a real person on the phone. It was a computer. I asked for the 19.99 special you see on TV. .No you can't get that. The computerized voice quoted an unreal amount of money for two medium pies.
