Guthrie’s of Northport

My friend had to have ACL surgery in Birmingham, and we had been in the hospital all day. We didn't get back in to Tuscaloosa until about 5 minutes til 10 pm and they close at 10. The ladies working were so nice and understanding about making our food. We apologized because we all know how that feels. Thank you, Guthries of Northport for you exceptional and very ki d service!

First time having food at a Guthrie's. Ordered the chicken finger box. Slaw is mayo-based and tasted like it had gone off. Chicken was cold, and I found hair in breading of my chicken fingers. Unhygienic, unsanitary, and unpleasant. Double check your food, or better yet, find a better place for chicken fingers!

i’ve been going to guthries ever since they opened a new location in northport, food was great and the employees made me smile, but today it went a little rockier than usual, i was going in a drive thru for the first time and they took so long to get my food, after receiving my order i opened the box and found my sandwich all soggy and sad, i still managed to enjoy it either way.

I had lunch here and was shocked by the price. I am not rich and I believe that I could eat the same thing someplace else for far less. I ordered the "Gut Box". Five chicken fingers, fries, cole slaw, and Texas toast. That didn't include the drink.

Usually when I go too furthest in Northport the tender and fries be fresh maybe because they were slow but the food was cold

As a former manager myself in a different industry, I know the significance of placement for all positions in any industry. I don't know who owns this location, but I want them to know the best decision they've made at that location is hiring and placing the right lady as their manager. Ms. Jackie went out of her way to help me today with a last-minute catering order for this evening. She will never know just how much her help, kindness, and professionalism meant to me today. The food was fantastic and ready to go upon arrival.Thank you again, Ms. Jackie.

I’ve been eating at guthries for 20 plus years. Ever since guthries has been in Northport there’s a manager named Jackie that gives the worst customer service. I have tried multiple times to swap my sauce for a piece of toast and yes there is a button on there register that swaps sauce for toast. I was ordering a snack which costs a little less so I understand her reasoning in the past. But it has ALWAYS BEEN IF YOU WERE BUYING A BOX THEN YOU COULD SWAP YOUR SAUCE FOR A PIECE OF TOAST. BUT NOT IN NORTHPORT ALABAMA WITH MANAGER JACKIE OVERSEEING EVERYTHING. Jackie is saying now that you can’t swap no sauce for toast. I GUESS MAKE IT UP AS YOU GO. This kind of customer service is not what built Guthries here in Tuscaloosa. At this point you could offer to give me a years free food and 10 loafs of toast and I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. JACKIE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB LOSING A LONG RUNNING CUSTOMER. And I’m truly not a mean person. I get no thrill out of putting anyone down but with Jackie it’s danged if you do or danged if you don’t. DEFINITELY NOT THE SERVICE IM USED TO GETTING FROM GUTHRIES. I WONT BE BACK

This is the best Guthrie's I've ever been to. The food is great but the employees are even better. Always welcoming and very kind.
