Jackie was so sweet to us we came in last minute, wanting food for our church kids, and she went above and beyond to get our food out fast, and even gave us three free gallons of sweet tea, and some free ketchup! Will come back. You do not get good service like this anymore! Very refreshing experience!

Very, very clean restaurant. Great food. My only complaint is that they had the air turned down to probably 60 degrees. We couldn't stay inside to eat with being a beautiful 75 degrees day. Two people literally walked out to get their jackets out of the car. We shared a laugh about the temperature briefly.

The employees have always been great, but to charge almost $15 for chicken fingers and fries is terrible. All the competition is have the price. A chicken finger is a chicken finger. At least the competition will give you sauced wings🤣

They advertise the drink included with all their meal combos on the menu, but the drink is not actually included. False advertising hiding behind a Christian sign.

The food quality is consistent and the service is usually fast enough. I’ve never personally had an issue with the staff, but I’ve witnessed multiple interactions with other customers that made me uncomfortable.

In one instance, a man returned to the restaurant because he ordered two sauces but only received one. The cashier made him show his receipt, which showed that only one sauce had been rung up. They told him he either had to pay for another sauce or return the one he’d already received so they could swap it. He chose to switch sauces, and the cashier did not throw away the returned sauce, which is a health code violation. This situation should have been handled by simply giving him the extra sauce. The mistake was obviously on their end.

Today, while we were eating, another man came in saying he ordered a four-piece meal through the drive-thru but only received three. The manager made him show his receipt, give his name, and questioned him extensively about the missing chicken finger, even though he had just placed the order. The tone felt accusatory, as if he was trying to get something for free.

I can’t speak for all locations, but this one seems to operate with a strong distrust of customers and shows little willingness to correct their own mistakes or prioritize customer satisfaction.

I met one of the sweetest ladies at this location. She's always there when I stop by and we talk about food, kids and Jesus. I don't know her name but she's a Gigi with more grand babies on the way. Good food, but even better service

The food was delicious! The dining room was spotless. The servers were very cordial and the music was nice. Truly a great place to get a nice bite to eat.

Overpriced, and the food was pretty good. Not $13.00 worth to return for four pieces of chicken strips, small fries, and sweet tea. Lol. Sorry. Nope. I paid $13.29 at Jack's restaurant for more, PLUS a small chocolate shake. No kidding. Sweet people, though.

I had one of the best experiences at this Guthries earlier today 6/15/25. The lady who took my order was so kind and thoughtful. She even gave my daughter some stickers which she loved. The food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. Very refreshing to be met with such courteous and polite people in a fast food restaurant! That sweet girl needs a raise ASAP

My friend had to have ACL surgery in Birmingham, and we had been in the hospital all day. We didn't get back in to Tuscaloosa until about 5 minutes til 10 pm and they close at 10. The ladies working were so nice and understanding about making our food. We apologized because we all know how that feels. Thank you, Guthries of Northport for you exceptional and very ki d service!
