The service was quick the cashier and order taker very professional and nice. I ordered an 8 piece chicken.and asked for 2 breast 2 thighs and 4 legs. Got the 2 breast and 4 legs and no thighs. Very disappointing. We don’t eat the wings. The chicken is cold and greasy. The biscuits are hard as a rock. Asked for ranch and throw back sauce. Completely out of sauces. I give services 3 star because as the order taker and cashier were super friendly someone doesn’t know how to read a ticket. I wasn’t even given a receipt. Was not worth $28 and change

My hamburger bun had to have been sitting under the heat lamp since yesterday. It was more like a crouton with a beef patty on it. hamburger buns shouldn't crunch and then explode into bread dust. The person handing me the bag barely opened the window before half tossing the bag in my general direction and barely spoke at all. It was both bad service and food.

I purchased 2 bacon biscuits since I was going to the hospital. They were terrible, doughy, not browned. These could not be eaten. Bacon was ok. Usually Jack's biscuits are great!
Food and services are good though their chicken and potatoes are a little too salty..

Service was great... Young guy at the counter gave great customer service and acted like he cared. Tables were a little dirty but that's why they make napkins. Easy in and out. No health rating posted..... I like to see that wherever I go. Wife really liked the mashed potatoes.
