Placed a mobile order and picked up in the restaurant so I can make sure I get everything I ordered. I was welcomed in and the staff was very friendly and made sure everything was correct. Food was great.
Sheeka and Darius were awesome! They were the only 2 in the building and were busy. Both were very helpful dn super friendly. Sheeka recommended a few items to try and they were so good. Wish I could give more stars to service and atmosphere. They really made our night! Thank you guys if you read this!

The drive thru staff were pleasant, but orders were often incorrect, with one visit missing half the food. A Strawberry shake was extra thick, half filled, and more like ice cream than a shake. The fries sometimes had too much Jack's seasoning, though the staff would make a new batch. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the scanner at the register worked for easy app transactions. Wheelchair accessibility was not friendly, as someone would need to open the doors. Overall, the food and service can be great, but order accuracy is a problem.
