“The place is absolutely amazing the service was great and they were SO nice. The food was so good, I loved it SO much. I got a cheeseburger, and boneless wings, the patty was made to perfection. The chicken was so great and perfect. The fries are so good! I loved how they asked if I wanted seasoning or not, obviously I said yes and it made it even better! Please go eat here it is so good!“

“Love the new location! Wish the entrance wasn't a choke point making it tough for both lanes to take customers. The lane for ordering at the drive thru needs to be active in pulling cars forward when there's a 4+ car difference with people being stuck out on the access road. Also the drive thru walkway was awesome 💯“

“I work for The University of Alabama, and we placed a catering order with 24 hours’ notice. I had the pleasure of speaking with the General Manager, Paisley, and she was absolutely outstanding. She was extremely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate every detail of our order with professionalism and a positive attitude.
I was truly impressed by her willingness to ensure that all of our catering needs were met seamlessly. Thank you, Firehouse Subs, for having such an exceptional leader at this location. Paisley is fantastic!“

“Food always great! The staff always seem at this location to be a bit rushed. Even when no crowd they are kind of like “deer in headlights” almost like they forget to be welcoming and friendly. People love this place and if the staff understood how a little “how are you” and “come again” might make all the difference. But anyhow, the food is great.“
