They’re alright. Just the slowest chic-fil-a you’ll ever go to. Make a mobile order and wait 20+ minutes on your food
There’s nothing wrong with the food or employees here BUT be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes inside and in the drivethrough. The other Northport one is amazing… but the wait time at Northport West is pretty rough.

While many customers plan to return, others state they will drive to a different location next time.
