The lane for ordering at the drive thru needs to be active in pulling cars forward when there's a 4+ car difference with people being stuck out on the access road. “Pros - I ordered the chicken kabobs, which were delicious. They came with a salad and a side of rice (which I swapped out for potato salad).
Con’s - The dressing came on the side in a small dressing container. I used to dip everything in the dressing but it’s not available on the tables, like it used to be. I would’ve asked for more but didn’t realize it until they brought my plate.“

“I came in the other week with a huge party and we had two servers, Ava and Alexa. First of all, they were absolutely stunning, I just had to say that. More importantly though, their service was amazing. They were incredibly fast with refills, and every time we needed more napkins (which was a lot), they brought them immediately without us even having to ask twice. One of them mentioned it was her birthday recently, and it turned out we actually share the exact same birthday, which was a fun coincidence.

To be completely honest, the food itself wasn’t that great, but their service genuinely made the whole experience better. It was good because of them, not because of the kitchen. I don’t really think the kitchen knew what it was doing, but Ava and Alexa completely made up for it. They recommended the ziti fritta and the lasagna fritta, and I ended up loving both. Because of them, I’d definitely come back again—probably for fourth, fifth, and even sixth rounds.

The manager, Lala, Stopped by to check on us and she was the sweetest ever she really knows how to do her job. There seemed to be a lot going on, but she seemed to be managing so well we need to make her your general manager immediately. I’ve been here before, and the other managers have not been excellent. They give fake nice and not genuinely caring about the customer. When I tell you, Lala has gone above and beyond for our party, I mean it.

I need to address something though. The kitchen seems to not know how to season anything and honestly, it seems like they don’t have their ducks in a row. I would look to higher some new cooks because if my main entrée tastes like that again, we’re gonna have a problem. So just a little more seasoning, Garlic powder is a thing.“

“This was my first time to visit Blaze Pizza in Tuscaloosa Alabama. This was a very pleasant experience I ordered the Blazin BBQ Pizza as they offer it and I added mushrooms to it. The pizza was out very quickly as they advertise my only issue was the fact that I wish that it would have had a little bit more barbecue sauce on it . I probably could have asked them to add some but I would have liked for it to be cooked into it instead of me having to add it on at a later point“

“As I was looking for an authentic Mexican place, I came upon Loco Lupes. I wanted queso and on the DoorDash website, this was the only place other than Socal, Chiptotle, and Central Mesa. Although those places are great, I do not like their queso very much. I have never heard of Loco Lupes but decided to give it a go. Thank goodness I did because that was one of the best quesos that I have ever had. I also got a cheese quesadilla and salsa. Both were great and I will for sure order this again. 10/10!“

“I had NEVER eaten there because of the name, it sounded like it would be good I aint ever heard of before 😂 but anyway I came across a post about a dessert they have and it looked so good I had to go by there and get a piece WELLLLL it smelled so good that I walked my big ole behind back around the building and got my husband out (he's in a wheelchair) and also it's food that I actually knew what it was (Burger's, Gyro's, fries etc) and man oh man oh man it was 1 of the BEST choices I have ever made with picking a restaurant to eat at!!!!!! I am SO SO SO dang hook!!! I had the BEST burger I have ever put in my mouth and well a dish I ain't ever heard of but she let me try, the Spinach Tomato Orzo... when I say I'm hooked I'm telling you that's an understatement... “I can’t really confirm the atmosphere since I ordered through DoorDash, but I will say that the food was delicious. I did a pick 2 half sandwich half salad. I got a Caesar salad that was great with loaded potato soup. They delivered to my hotel within 35 minutes, my soup was still hot and separated from the salad. There’s nothing worse than having your salad warm because they packed it all together. That was not the case here. I also got a toasted piece of French bread. It was perfect after a long day.“

“Great experience! Food was superb, the waiter was awesome. We recently went to Italy and Forte is the most authentic Italian food in Tuscaloosa, really no question. Highly recommend the burrata and the creamy mushroom pasta! I'm big eater who rarely doesn't finish mine and fiancées food, but we took home most of our dishes so large pasta portions. Salads looked awesome and substantial as well, especially the ceaser but only saw from afar. We also got the fries and they were really good with a hint of rosemary. Cocktails were on point. And the price was reasonable, a good deal for the quality and portion sizes. Our new favorite spot in Tuscaloosa!“
