“Nice cozy store with different things for different folks and also sells ice cream! Quantity and quality of the ice cream are great! Thanks to my son, who wanted to eat ice cream some place away from the campus. He is a freshman, and that means we may visit this place many more times before he graduates?Keep it up.“

“The worker Heidi is AMAZING. She ran the driver thru, made the orders perfect and answered the phone line the first ring. She made our banana splits as if she knew us personally. She didn't want our order to melt so she took the time to put the warm sauce on the side without requesting. Thanks for your great customer service!!!!“

“We used the drive-thru to order blizzard drinks. The line of cars was fairly long, but moved steadily. But when we got up to being the 2nd car from the window, the car ahead of us received their order but couldn't pull away. There were 2 cars in front of them who were waiting for orders to be brought out to them, and they couldn't or wouldn't pull up far enough to let the cars behind them pull out if the line once they got their orders. DQ needs a better place to have people wait if their order are going to take a long time.“

“It appeared there was only one guy making and running orders and he was amazing!!! We thought our drink was bad so he made another and when we weren't satisfied with that drink, he insisted on making us a new different drink. A very hard working man with excellent customer service. He went over and beyond !!!“

“My family and I went to TCBY after dinner to get ice cream for my grandmothers birthday, and we went through the drive through. We had different forms of payment (there were 3 different orders) and the lady at the window in the drive-through seemed very rude, and when a kid from the backseat asked what flavors they had, she just gave her the menu and when she returned with our ice cream and got the menu back, she told us to have a good day and we politely let her know we had one more order (from the one who wanted To look at what kind of ice cream they had) And said since they had a line they would not take our 3rd order!! So she had us drive around and walk inside for our final order when we could have been gone by then. It wouldn’t have taken her five seconds to scoop one scoop of ice cream into a cone for us. I’ve had to wait in line for a long time too, so respecting our needs would have been great and people are willing to wait for ice cream. She was just straight up rude. If this is really a rule, it should be posted on their window or something.“

“I ordered Insomnia cookies thru Uber eats on 8/20/24. Brianna at the store went above and beyond to add a special note to the top of the cookie box for my son’s first day of class at U of A. She was so helpful!
The cookies were warm when delivered, and they were delivered so fast!!
