Always great place to visit. Good food but trying to place a to go order is rather difficult most of the time.

We ordered take out spaghetti last night. There was a huge mound of pasta with a couple of tablespoons of near meatless sauce on it. The sauce was awful and inedible. The garlic "bread" was an unsliced hoagie roll that didn't have any garlic or butter on it.

Food is absolutely horrible. Philly steak sandwich is as cold as ice, and the cheese isn't even melted. Rusty water in the table number holder. Was talked into coming here but will never return. To top it off, the waitress said that once it comes out, there is nothing they can do. Not good customer service. So, no money back and no food.

I finally chose to go here because my friend had been here before and thought it was good. I didn't know what to expect. When you walk in, there is no one to greet you. We walked over to the cash register where someone was waiting to take our order. The menu is printed on paper and there was a chalkboard with today's special written on it. There is no table service other than when they bring your food to you. Today's special was lasagne and salad for $13.95. I ordered the baked ziti. It only comes with garlic bread, so I added a salad. I did not order a drink, but was given a foam cup and charged $2.40 for it anyway. We both tried the old fashioned lemonade. It was nothing special. The food came about five minutes later. The salads arrived with the meal. The salad was good, but there were too many carrot sticks in it and not enough tomato. It was primarily iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, and carrot sticks. The salad had two pieces of toasted bread of some sort that was hard enough to break your teeth if you tried to bite it. The lasagna was awful. My friend didn't like it. I tried a bite and there was no flavor. It was like noodles and maybe some ricotta cheese. You couldn't taste any meat. The sauce was served on both sides of it and was watery. My ziti was good. It had a little spice to it and you could taste the meat. I was afraid that it was going to be all cheese, but I'm glad it wasn't. A loaf of garlic bread came with both entrees. It was soft and flavorful. If all you wanted was salad and garlic bread or ziti, this would have been the place. I won't be returning because I could spend the same $40 at Olive Garden and have table service and more quality food for the price. It just wasn't worth it.

I used to come here quite often, but it's been a while. The prices have seem to have gone up, and the service was not so good. The lady that took my order never smiled, took her time getting my drink after I paid. I paid with cash and it took her quite a while to figure out 31 cents change. She put it down on the counter and walked off. Was not a very friendly experience. This is the first time that's ever happened. But it was enough to make me not sure if I want to come back.

Would love this place BUT they have installed insanely harsh glaring bluish light bulbs. Felt like we were having dinner in a Walmart parking lot or a parking garage. Horrible ambiance in this light.

Cheap ingredients, $34.00 for a chicken parmeasan sand, and a meat ball sub. BREAD tasted like cheap hamburger buns no way "french bread", rancid butter tast on bread, soggy messy ick. WONT RECOMMEND .

Food is consistent. Salads aren't bad. Italian dishes are good, but not authentic. Servers aren't friendly to customers OR each other. I CAN say that they have great take-away. The containers are solid and sturdy.

This place is a go to for anytime. The food is always delicious and the service is always on point. Highly recommended. Even though their prices have increased a little bit. It's still worth it.
