I wanted an ice cream, so we headed towards Dairy Queen. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, so my friend suggested McDonald's. I asked if they had more than ice cream cones. She said they have sundaes. So we pulled into their parking lot, and the drive thru was busy. I decided to go in. I had to wait for one customer to receive her food before I could order. I asked for a hot fudge sundae. I got it within a couple of minutes. The drive thru hadn't moved...

Line was long but was pretty fast moving. The staff was very kind. I messed up and totally missed the first window thinking it was closed. I explained this to the cashier at the second window. She was very kind and got it handled. Food was hot and fast and made perfectly. The women working seemed happy and lively while also focused efficiency.

If I was the owner of this McDonald's, I'd be making some changes.
The playland is just filthy. Oily hand prints all over the glass. Parking lot is trashy, and
Service is almost always terrible.
3 times in a row, I and others stood at the register for more than 7 minutes waiting on someone to help us. While 10 ft away the employees are in a circle talking, looking our way, then back to talking.
