We placed a mobile order a little after 10pm. 5 frostys( ies?) 1 cheeseburger meal of some kind, 2 chicken blts, 2 fries. Wasn't super busy when we arrived, and we waited about 10 min from start to finish. Unfortunately, the frosty machine "was down," so we were offered regular drinks as a replacement. Very slow customer service at drive through and at pick up window even though there were at least 6 people standing around inside. I finally got my order. Don't know what the problem was.
