Absolutely will never be back! I placed my online order at the wrong location mistakenly (MY fault) at 6:37pm, I immediately realized my mistake and called them at 6:38pm to get them to cancel the order and to not make the order, the employees words were “whose problem is that?” I said excuse me? he repeated himself and expressed his manager was not there so nothing he could. That is fine, but the rude remark was absolutely unnecessary!
I absolutely love this Subway and the people who run it. I get subway pretty often because I’m a tattoo artist and it’s good hot and cold (safe to wait in the fridge all day lol) and I often send my boyfriend up there to pick up order under the name Kayleigh. They do NOT give him that order unless he shows the order details on my phone. I respect and love that so much, they WILL protect your food. The people are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. Will be my go to Subway now.
