Showed up at 12:30 and they close at 1 am and they lied and said they were closed when I seen 3 people through the windows and one person eating on the food that I want to spend my money on. When I’m getting told no. And crew me ever refusing to allow me to speak to manager by saying they are the manager when I know what a manager shirt looks like. And I know what a managers demeanor is like.

Very slow customer service at drive through and at pick up window even though there were at least 6 people standing around inside. I finally got my order. Don't know what the problem was.

We made a mobile order at around 8:15pm (that's probably being generous because it was probably actually closer to 8) when we were 5 minutes away from the restaurant. There was a significantly long line which I get. People are short staffed and I get it. We probably would have just pulled out of line and eaten somewhere else but we already payed. We waited probably 45 minutes in line in the drive thru because the dining area was already closed. Once we got to the order box, they told us to pull to the window. When we get to the window, they act confused and tell us to come inside. No problem, stuff happens but the door is locked so we have to wait for someone to let us in. Once we are inside, we have to show them the order to get it "remade" as it had already been made when we arrived at the restaurant. One of the ladies said "they are actually here this time" which, frankly upset me because we were, in fact, here the whole time but could not get the order in a timely manner because of drive thru time and also not being able to go inside the store. This is not the first time we have had issues at this store, but it will be the last because I wont be back.

We placed a mobile order a little after 10pm. 5 frostys( ies?) 1 cheeseburger meal of some kind, 2 chicken blts, 2 fries. Wasn't super busy when we arrived, and we waited about 10 min from start to finish. Unfortunately, the frosty machine "was down," so we were offered regular drinks as a replacement. She was "unable" to offer a refund since we ordered via APP. She was nice enough. It took us exactly 5 minutes to get home after receiving our food, and the only thing that was remotely warm was the fries.

Rude service! Dining area closed at 8:00 pm and suppose to be open until 11:00. Food was sub par, fries were cold. What is happening to our fast food restaurants! It use to be about giving good food and good service to the customer. No one takes pride in their work anymore.
